The Rev. Dr. Georgeann Tyler Pringle answered her call into Ministry 25 years ago.  God has truly blessed her work.  She is a progressive pastor, and her visionary leadership and passion for excellence has enhanced the churches and communities where she has pastored.   She is currently the first female pastor of Good Hope AME Church, Cope, South Carolina.

A native New Yorker, she is married to Charles Pringle Sr. for 50 years.  They have been blessed with 5 beautiful grandchildren, 1 great-grandson and 1 great-grand-daughter.  Dr. Pringle is well prepared.  She has earned two Master’s Degrees.  An MBA from the Citadel Military College of South Carolina and a Masters of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry Degree (with a concentration in Pastoral Care and Leadership) from Erskine Theological Seminary.

She loves teaching and has been blessed with an opportunity to continue to sow seeds of empowerment and enlightenment as an Adjunct Professor at Strayer University, teaching Religion, Humanities and Business courses.  Dr. Pringle is active in the AME Church on the local, district, conference and Episcopal levels.  Currently, she serves as the dean of the Central Conference Board of Examiners. She has a passion for spreading the good news, with a powerful message of God’s divine love, His grace and His mercy to work in the daily lives of people.  She has been blessed with opportunities to preach throughout the state of South Carolina, Florida, and Ohio. 

 

Dr. Pringle is also very active in her community.  She is the Chairperson of the Pringletown Community Service, Inc. a non-profit organization committed to enhance economic opportunity, build a strong neighborhood, and ensure a dynamic framework for quality growth and development.  Dr. Pringle is a proud member of Gamma Zeta Phi Beta, Charleston Chapter, and is currently serving as Third Anti Basileus.

 

Rev. Dr. Georgeann Tyler Pringle is a witness that “There is no Secret What God Can Do!”  She and husband Charles both love the Lord and work as a team in ministry. Her Motto is –no weapon formed against her shall prosper.  THIS IS HER STORY TO BE CONTINUED ……
